Horizontal Type Automatic Operating Waste Scrap Metal Compactor
The hydraulic scrap metal balers is mainly designed for steel recovering and processing industries, ferrous and non-ferrous smelt industries. It can compress almost every kinds of metal leftover materials, steel paring, waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified shape such as square, cylinder, octagon body etc... The purpose is reduce the storing space, the transportation cost, reduce the furnace loss with satisfying pressed density but increase the speed of furnace feeding.
Application for car baler:
This machine is used for cold press metal scraps within 8-10mm in thickness under most circumstance. The processable material includes scrap steel, waste containers and disintegrated vehicle shell etc. After cold pressing into block, it is convenient for storage and transportation or putting into furnace.

2. There are many ways of discharging, like Turn-out type , Push-out type (Side push type, Forward-out type) and discharging by man-hand .

4. Press box size and bale size can be customized according to the customers’ requirements .
